MUSCLES

Did you know you have more than 600 muscles in your body? They do everything from pumping blood throughout your body to helping you lift your heavy backpack. You control some of your muscles,with the help of bodybuilding or weight lifting.



 Therefore, there are many muscles in our body , but in the feild of bodybuilding we should talk about some  main muscles.

According to me if we talk about initial bodybuilding then we should talk about 6 basics muscles if we start developing our basic muscles, we an personally observe change in body structure. And with the passage of time we should work on other muscles, Lets talk about basics muscles.

4- SHOULDERS
5- WINGS
6- NECK (COUPANS) 

Let start work on these muscles. To develop any off muscles in them we have lot off exercise ( In bodybuilding these exercises call games ). when we take first step to develop these muscles. We start initial games and with the passage of time starts modern games.
There are also some categories of bodybuilding such as FITNESS, BODY SIZE, BODY CUTTING e.t.c
Different games and diet plans used for different categories.
